GLOBAL INSURANCE FIRM ASPEN CHOOSE SHAREDO TO STANDARDISE THEIR REINSURANCE OPERATIONS.




Challenge

Aspen Reinsurance is embarking on a significant programme of work to standardise the way they run their Reinsurance (RI) operations, processes and technological advancements. The objective of the programme is to support the Reinsurance Operations Team’s strategy to deliver a Target Operating Model (TOM) design that will create streamlined processes which will result in operational cost savings and better client results.

Solution

ShareDo was selected as Aspen RI’s solution of choice following a thorough tender process.

Aspen had already implemented K2 Blackpearl workflow engine and a strategic document repository which ShareDo has been integrated into. Working closely with the Aspen implementation team, ShareDo operational requirements have been established to optimise Aspen’s business processes and workflows whilst integrating all of their document management needs, to move Aspen away from multiple software platforms to a single solution for their case management needs.


ShareDo enables Aspen to process their reinsurance work using their ‘one world vision’ to disaggregate their tasks and activities through their global network to realise a 24 hour business model to efficiency and productivity improvements.
