May 2016, Altrincham; sharedo’s rapid growth as the leading and most innovative case and matter management platform is continuing with the appointment of Stuart McLatchie as Solution Delivery Director.
Stuart joins with a vast amount of experience, skills and achievements that include establishing the innovation team for a magic circle legal firm, leading the team to deliver the reincarnation of the easyJet website and being architect and team lead for the awarding winning pensions and benefits selection platform for Jardine Lloyd Thompson (BenPal).
In his role, Stuart will provide clients with a holistic view of the solutions being delivered to ensure that the business analysis, technical requirements, solution architecture and delivery plans are at the right level of detail and quality. Based in London, Stuart will also start building a City based team to further continue sharedo’s growth plans.
Stuart commented, “Despite the recent leadership and governing roles that I have had, my background is in delivering solutions. I am a technologist at heart and I admire and respect products that have been clearly designed by experts to deliver solutions solving problems that I have seen clients have time and time again. For me, sharedo delivers on what I see clients needing now, and its design and flexibility makes me believe it has a massive future across many other business sectors. I also knew some of the talent at sharedo before accepting the role, and after a look at the technology in January I realised that this was a company I needed to be part of.”
Ben Nicholson, Director of sharedo, also said, “To welcome Stuart as part of the team is a major coup for us. I’ve known Stuart for some time and have seen the success he’s built in his career and the results of his leadership; successfully managing and delivering major projects for enterprise organisations including magic circle law firms. This is an extremely exciting time for sharedo and show’s that our innovations are attracting the very best talent.”
Stuart McLatchie’s previous role was Technology Solutions Director at Hitachi Consulting. Stuart had responsibility for delivery management for major brands such as Allen & Overy, DAC Beachcroft, Jardine Lloyd Thomson, Rabobank, Experian Footfall, Domino’s Pizza and Public Health England.
Stuart has three children, Cameron, Lauren and Ewan, who take up most of his time, but in his free time, as a self-professed geek, he spends a lot of time programming, reading and learning.
