The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors has selected ShareDo to support their Regulatory Departments function in investigating complaints and conduct of its members. RICS registers and regulates 10,377 firms and 135,810 members globally, and processes a large volume of cases, across a number of teams, over many different global locations.
ShareDo was appointed through a rigorous selection process. The RICS were looking to identify an adaptive case management system that would be able to replace their existing programme, providing the regulatory department with the flexibility to manage a high volume of cases, back and forth through various phases, teams, proceedings and processes.
Sebastian Negreira – ShareDo Head of Sales:
“It was clear very early on in the brief, and with our experience with other regulatory bodies, that ShareDo would help solve the challenges RICS was experiencing with their current case management system. We are pleased to be working with the RICS team and support them in this journey to improve how they manage conduct of their membership.”
