When drafting a document, there can be many stages between document creation to the final version. The drafting widget is a new feature in version 4 that enables sharedo users to check document progress. It is responsive so that it shows the progress of as many documents that the user is working on as part of a team or individually.
The widget is particuarly useful for documents that require the input from other sources, be it other sharedo users or clients. Users have quick access to the status to save time and enables them to complete tasks and assign activities where applicable.
The widget facilitates improved visibility and productivity by making documents easier to access and action.
The drafting widget provides the following information:
- Document title
- Link to documents
- Standard phase change activities
- Shortcut to email document
- For multiple documents a chronological view is available.
