Global insurance firm Aspen choose sharedo for their specialist claims management platform.

Following the successful go-live of their global underwriting solution Aspen Group is the latest enterprise firm to select sharedo for their specialist claims handling. The software will optimise their business processes and maximise the efficiency and profitability of claims handling globally.

Extending underwriting into claims management

slicedbread, the company behind sharedo, has recently celebrated the successful implementation of sharedo within the Aspen Group for underwriting and is looking forward to work alongside them to implement their specialist claims management processes.

As a forward thinking organisation; Aspen were seeking an innovative platform to drive efficiencies across their global business; providing leaner processes; automating routine tasks and disaggregating case work to the most suitable resource together with providing detailed business insights.

Ben Nicholson, Director at slicedbread, commented

“We are delighted to extend our working relationship with Aspen. We have invested hugely into the claims handling module of sharedo and it is great to see that this is being well received by clients across the legal and insurance sectors.

At the core of sharedo is a work type modeller and we are always delighted to see clients introduce new work types to our growing portfolio of services.

As part of the project we’ve integrated the claims management platform into Aspen’s other solutions via our API first architecture to ensure their business model is efficient and profitable. Our solution will enable Aspen’s global operation to cooperate and share work for a true one world vision.”
